IIT Palakkad RISE : Researcher Innovation & Skills Enhancement Program
IIT Palakkad hosts the Researcher Innovation & Skills Enhancement (RISE) program on Date 18 and 19 December 2025 to support students, early-career scholars, and professionals in strengthening the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in research and beyond. It provides a structured pathway that goes beyond subject expertise, focusing on both academic and transferable skills.
Through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on opportunities, participants engage in activities that enhance their ability to design and conduct research, communicate effectively, collaborate across disciplines, and translate their work for real-world impact. The program also emphasizes career planning, ethics in research, and responsible leadership, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for diverse career pathways within and outside academia.
