Educational Visits to the Institute

We welcome visits from educational institutions to provide students with exposure to our academic and research facilities. To ensure a smooth and meaningful experience for all visitors, the following guidelines apply:

All requests for educational visits must be submitted through the designated Google Form (link provided below) at least four weeks in advance. Visits are open to school students (Class 11 and above) and college students (undergraduate and above). Requests must be made through a recognized educational institution; applications from individual students or independent groups will not be considered.

 

Visits are scheduled only on Wednesdays, with a limited capacity of 3–4 visits per month. Each visit is planned for a half-day duration. A maximum of 45 students may be accommodated per visit; however, access to certain specialized facilities may be subject to lower group limits, as determined by the concerned laboratory.

Visitors are required to make their own food arrangements outside the institute. Owing to limited availability, requests may be scheduled for a subsequent month or may not be accommodated.
