Precision Quantification: A Hands-On Digital PCR Workshop

The Department of Biological Sciences and Engineering (BSE), in collaboration with the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), IIT Palakkad, organized a two-day workshop titled "Precision Quantification: A Hands-On Digital PCR Workshop" on May 15–16, 2025. Held at the Verghese Kurien Block (C06), the workshop saw the participation of 21 attendees.

The event was inaugurated by Prof. Jagadeesh Bayry, Head of the Department of BSE, along with Dr. Kanmani Subbu, Chairperson of CCE, IIT Palakkad. The sessions were led by experts from Qiagen, who delivered insightful lectures and conducted practical hands-on training on the applications and techniques of Digital PCR.
