RESEARCH ADMISSIONS - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
In view of the problems that have arisen in connection with the spread of the virus Covid 19 in the country, we have been forced to reduce the student intake for the August 2020 admissions. We know that this will be a huge disappointment for several of the applicants, and though we are very unhappy about this, we are left with no choice. In view of the rather grave situation that exist in the country due to COVID 19, as a part of the efforts to avoid its spreading, it has been decided that we will not run the Summer Internship Programme this year. This will certainly reduce travel between different cities/towns in the country and contribute to the fight against it.
IIT Palakkad has implemented certain pre-emptive steps in view of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) outbreak. These instructions were circulated vide email to Faculty, Staff and Students along with safety precautions and advisories issued by the Central and State Governments from time to time.
