Brief: The logo is intended for the Wellness Hub. The 4 components of the Wellness Hub of our Institute are Mitra - Counseling service, Sports, Yoga, and Cultural activities. 

Theme: The logo should portray the concept of Wellness/Well-being in general. It can also streamline and reflect the aspects of reaching out /helping out(Counseling), fitness(sport and yoga), and cultural aspects as multiple components in the same logo.  

Other Requirements:

● JPEG and PNG (No background image)

● Light and Dark themes of the logo

Petrichor, the Institute's annual technology and culture fest, is hosting its flagship event, National Technology and Entrepreneurship Summit 2.0 (NTES 2.0) on 25, 26, and 27 November 2022. The event is being held online.

With the theme “Tenets Of Technology - Embracing new perspectives” NTES aims to familiarise participants with contemporary trends in technology and to provide its audience an interface with experts from government, industry, academia and various successful start-ups.

IIT Palakkad is conducting an Open House for JEE Advanced 2022 qualified candidates on 19 September 2022 from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM. This session is intended to give an overview of our academic programs and highlight the newly designed credit-based curriculum. Candidates and their family members can interact with us online  to clarify their queries.

We would like to invite you to the Florence Nightingale Data Science Talk Series, held on the last Saturday of every month at 11 AM IST. This time, on 26/03/2022, we have Mr. Prashant Rao, Head of Application Engineering, MathWorks, India to deliver a talk on Deployable AI.

The Alumni Cell and TFS (The Fleet Street) are collaborating on a great mission to improve the UG research culture of our institution. And for this special first edition, we have invited Prof. Nitin Saxena who is a recipient of Fulkerson Prize owing to his breakthrough research work during his undergraduate days, to give you the bees and the birds as you fall in love with research. We also have talks from our alumnus Prasanna Venkatesan Ravindran, a current research scholar at Georgia Tech and Madhav Ramesh, current final-year undergrad.

Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad celebrates its 6th Institute Day this year on the 21st of January 2022. The event will be held online starting at 4 pm. Dr. Saji Gopinath, Vice Chancellor, Digital University of Kerala will be the Chief Guest and Prof P.B. Sunil Kumar, Director, IIT Palakkad, will preside over the event.
