GOAL Program

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI, in partnership with Facebook, launched the GOAL (Going Online as Leaders) program earlier this year.  It is primarily a mentorship program aimed at capacity building of 5000 tribal youth across the country who will be selected through applications submitted via the GOAL portal . The program will also identify and mobilise 2500 mentors from diverse fields, including education and industry, arts, politics and entrepreneurship, etc.  The core areas of the mentorship program are Digital Literacy, Life Skills and Leadership & Entrepreneurship.
