Yuktibhasa seminar: Visualizing complex plane curves.

Abstract: We will discuss how to determine the shape of the space of complex solutions to a polynomial equation P(z,w) = 0, focusing on concrete examples. If time permits, we will also see a general result in this direction and an indication of how to prove it.
