Tech Connect 2024: Driving Innovation through MSME-Academia Partnerships

IIT Palakkad in collaboration with TECHIN and IPTIF organized a one-day technical networking event Tech Connect at its campus on November 9, 2024. Nearly 50 MSME companies in the state took part in this event. This initiative was the second in a series aimed at enhancing close collaboration between IIT Palakkad and the industry.The Director of IIT Palakkad, Prof. A. Seshadri Sekhar, welcomed the guests and highlighted the achievements of the institute. The event was inaugurated by Mr. A. P. M. Mohammed Hanish, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Industries Department, Government of Kerala.The  session also featured Mr. C. Balagopal, Chairperson of the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, who stressed the need for collaboration and optimal resource sharing between industry and academia.
