Swarnim Bharat – Virasat aur Vikas: IIT Palakkad celebrates Republic Day
IIT Palakkad celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The event began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by the Director in charge, Dr. Madhu Karthik M, followed by his inspiring address.
"It gives me immense pride to address the IIT Palakkad community on this Republic Day, as it is also a momentous occasion for us," said Dr. Madhu Karthik M. "Over the past ten years, our institute has strived to uphold the spirit of nationalism, and I fervently hope for the same in the future as well."
On the occasion, the Swatchhata staff were honoured, and certificates and mementos were distributed to the winners of the essay and photography competitions held in observance of World Suicide Prevention Day. The celebrations were enriched by vibrant cultural performances by the faculty, students, and staff of IIT Palakkad.
