Strengthening Global Collaborations in Renewable Energy and Sustainability 

IIT Palakkad had the pleasure of hosting Prof. P.V Aravind, Professor and Chair of Energy Conversion, and Mr. John Falvey, International Policy Advisor (Oceania and Southeast Asia), from the University of Groningen for insightful discussions on prospective collaborations.

The discussions, hosted by Prof. Sekhar, Director of IIT Palakkad focused on key areas such as bio-hydrogen, hydrogen for shipping, and safety. Both institutions expressed keen interest in establishing a joint doctoral program supported by the Department of Science and Technology, fostering cutting-edge research and academic exchange in sustainable energy solutions.Faculty members from relevant fields also participated, contributing to a dynamic exchange of ideas.
