Revolutionizing Education: Mehta School of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Opened its Doors at IIT Palakkad

The Department of Data Science, IIT Palakkad and the Mehta Family Foundation joined forces to facilitate research opportunities and foster advancements in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The transformative partnership has marked a historic milestone in IIT Palakkad’s journey in Data Science and AI education and research. It was formalized with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at a ceremony attended by dignitaries including Professor Abhay Karandikar, Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India; Rahul Mehta, Founder and CEO of the Bhupat and Jyoti Mehta Family Foundation; Professor Ramesh Venkateswaran Chairperson of the Board of Governors (BoG) IIT Palakkad; Professor A. Seshadri Sekhar, Director,  IIT Palakkad; and the faculty, staff and students of the institute.
