Prelude to Petrichor: Pre-fest Technical Workshops Conducted

Leading up to IIT Palakkad's annual techno-cultural fest, Petrichor, a series of pre-fest technical workshops took place on September 9th and 10th right on campus. These hands-on workshops delved into the most in-demand skills and domains currently shaping the market landscape. These engaging sessions were conducted by esteemed faculty members, accomplished research scholars, and our enthusiastic technical clubs.

The workshop covered a wide range of topics, including Product Development, VLSI, Reinforcement Learning Robotics, Game Development, Web Development, and Cybersecurity. The pre-fest technical workshop garnered an enthusiastic participation of over 600 students hailing from different regions of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. This turnout underscored the extensive reach and influence of Petrichor, demonstrating its impact well beyond our campus boundaries.

Upon the successful completion of the workshop, participants were awarded certificates, earned activity points, and gained invaluable hands-on learning experiences.
