IIT Palakkad Student Secures Grid India Power System Awards 2024

Mr. Sarthak Dash, an M. Tech PEPS student (2021-23 batch), emerged victorious in the Master category at the Grid India Power System Awards 2024. Under the mentorship of Dr. Manas Kumar Jena, Assistant Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Sarthak's thesis, "Inverter Control Design and Modelling for Fault Behaviour and Power System Protection Analysis," stood out among the submissions. Grid India Power System Awards aims to recognize outstanding research in power systems across Indian technical institutions. This achievement follows IIT Palakkad's success last year when Ms. Bhavana Sharma earned the same accolade.
