IIT Palakkad Electrical Engineering Students Visit KSEB 220 kV Substation Kanjikode

Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Palakkad, organized an industrial visit for third-year Electrical Engineering students to the KSEB 220 kV Substation and a 3 MW solar power facility at Kanjikode.

The visit provided students with valuable exposure to the practical operation of high-voltage power systems and renewable energy facilities. Interactions with industry professionals offered insights into real-world practices in power system operation, protection, and management, while helping students connect classroom concepts with their practical applications.
