IIT Palakkad celebrates the 77th Republic Day 

The 77th Republic Day at IIT Palakkad commenced with a ceremonial Republic Day parade by the institute’s security personnel. 

The Director, Prof. A. Seshadri Sekhar, unfurled the National Flag and addressed the gathering. In his address, he reflected on the core values enshrined in the Constitution of India and highlighted the progress of the institute, emphasising the collective responsibility to continue striving towards excellence.

As part of the celebrations, the institute honoured the Swachhata and supportive staff in recognition of their dedicated service and contribution to the campus community. The programme was further enriched by cultural performances by students, faculty, and staff, which added to the spirit of the celebration.
