Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad has secured a new Indian patent for the invention “An Assembly for Rapid Detection and Detoxification of Hg²⁺ from Water and a Method Thereof.” This achievement reflects the innovative research and dedication of our inventors, Dr. Mintu Porel Associate Professor, Department of  Chemistry, Dr. ANNA JOSE,  former Research Scholar, Department of Chemistry and Dr. Liya Thurakkal, former Research Scholar, Department of Chemistry.
