AICTE QIP PG Certificate Program ends at IIT Palakkad

IIT Palakkad successfully completed the six-month AICTE-QIP-PG Certificate Program on 3D Printing. The program commenced on July 8, 2024, with an inaugural address by our Director, Prof. Seshadri Sekhar, who highlighted the significance of this course in the current era of manufacturing to the participants. It concluded on December 13, 2024, with the distribution of certificates.

The course was coordinated by Dr. Kesavan D and Dr. Kanmani Subbu S, faculty from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Palakkad. The sessions featured distinguished professors and scientists from IITs, ISRO, DAE, DRDO, and industry, along with regular sessions conducted by IIT Palakkad faculty members.

The first batch of the AICTE-QIP-PG Certificate Program culminated in a grand felicitation ceremony at AICTE on January 31, 2024. The AICTE Chairman, Prof. Sitharam T.G, addressed the gathering and congratulated the participants for upskilling in emerging technologies.
