The research article authored by Dr. Bibhu Ranjan Sarangi, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, IIT Palakkad;  Prof. Gautam V. Soni, Department of Soft Condensed Matter, Raman Research Institute and  Mr. Indrajit Bhatacharjee, Research Scholar, Department of Physics, IIT Palakkad, has been featured as the Inside Cover in the prestigious journal Soft Matter.

Titled “Cellular mechanosensing on a cell-scale stiffness gradient substrate,” the article was published in Soft Matter, 2026, Volume 22, pp. 1314 - 1325.
