Ms. Athira K, research scholar, under the guidance of Dr. Sarmistha Singh in the Department of Civil Engineering, received the Best Oral Presentation Award for the paper "Impact of WRF Planetary Boundary Layer Schemes on Extreme Precipitation Simulation in Meenachil River Basin" at the CESA Fiesta 3.0 symposium held at IIT Ropar, Punjab.
