IIT Palakkad celebrated World Environment Day

IIT Palakkad celebrated World Environment Day in its full vigor by hosting a series of impactful activities. Students, faculty, and staff came together to tackle environmental issues head-on. A plastic waste collection drive at Malampuzha Dam Garden was initiated in association with Haritha Karma Sena of Malampuzha Panchayat.  Numerous saplings were planted inside the campus contributing to a greener environment. Additionally,students placed water filled pots in various places and suspended a few on trees  to quench birds' thirst.
Together, all these initiatives underscores our commitment to creating a sustainable and harmonious ecosystem.
