The first Employee Outbound Training (EOT) programme of IIT Palakkad was conducted on July 6 and 7 at Kodaikanal. The theme for the deliberation was "impactful communication" and the event saw a participation of over 50 employees. The exciting two days brought together insights on the behavioural considerations for a productive work environment and how that can be augmented by building on communication.
