
After a 10 year stint with Corporate at Mumbai, engaging in profiles of HR and CSR, Dr Soumya has joined the institution. She has worked with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) and L&T group during this tenure. Some of her core strengths lie in designing strategies, facilitating human resources and mapping efficacy in complex decision making environments. She is a PhD from the School of Management and Labour Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and believes that engagement, in the truest sense, paves way to dignified work-spaces with critical sense making. She is an enthusiastic Social Responsibility evangelist both within and outside professional settings at the same time an ardent follower of developments in Organisational Theory and Behavioural Economics.
